Description of Project:
The task of TIB/UB and MDX is to give support in creating the virtual learning environment (VLE), support in the organization of distance learning language courses, support in choosing the distance learning platforms (ILIAS vs. Moodle) and the hardware for digitalization and in creating the University Library Union Catalogue for YSU.
From 21 – 23 May 2007 a conference will be held at YSU on the subject : "Education in 21st century: Digital Libraries - Gateways to Knowledge Societies"
