National licences for science and technology - a wide access to electronic journal archives and books for universities and research institutions

National licences for electronic journal archives are being licensed and made available by TIB and other institutions. Access is particularly provided for universities and non-university research institutions such as FhG, HGF, MPG, WGL free of charge.
