1) Individual licence fees as set out in the contract apply to copies from licensed publications for postal and fax dispatch outside of Germany, Austria, Lichtenstein and Switzerland.
* Royalties: Every electronic full text delivery is subject to contractual conditions and/or depends on the country of delivery and the method of dispatch. Either a contribution to VG-Wort (German association for the protection of copyright), currently set at €3.00, or an individual licence as contractually arranged is due to publishers. The licence fee may be subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations

*** Fax dispatch: Please note that high scan quality for documents (resolution 300 dpi) can only be guaranteed when using postal delivery. This quality cannot be achieved using the same scanning process in combination with a fax delivery (resolution 200 dpi).
**** Full Service: It is possible to order literature from other subject areas - worldwide from other document suppliers, research facilities and authors. For successful delivery of such orders as part of our Full Service we will invoice you an amount which varies from the other delivery prices. We will only check with you that you wish to continue with the external order once this sourcing charge reaches €50.00.
***** Pay per View: Direct access to full electronic texts. Open Access is free of charge.
Surcharges:
Delivery volume: The flat rate for a copy delivery includes up to 100 pages. From page 101 the basic fee will be applied once again.
Orders placed without using the form: For orders placed without using the form, either by E-mail, letter or fax, a surcharge of €4.00 will be charged for manual processing.
Courier service: For postal deliveries classed as urgent or very urgent a surcharge of €7.00 will be made.
Hourly charge for extra services: For special services such as the creation of digital versions of older stock an additional hourly charge will be added to the basic charge for the customer group concerned of €20.00 per hour or part hour.
